This was a good effort but unfortunately just not good enough:
The timing is messed up as the song starts on the offbeat, a quaver infront of the bar so every single note in the song was out of time and much of it sounded messed up.
The solo is just plain wrong but at least you admitted that.
The Outro is incorrect, as are your chords in the prechorus, and in the Interlude in the middle, the song doesn't change key at any point.
And your timing of the Interlude riff is off.
Other than that, a good effort, don't get disheartened, keep up at it.
