this is a nice modulation over 1 and a half bar, you see it's quite easy,
if you think of it as groups of three by repeating only this:

just keep in mind not to play actual triplets, just think of it as triplets
but keep the "same" tempo as before, you may call this also as related tempo
although related tempo is a permanent change of tempo whereas modulation also
seems to have a (temporal) change of tempo, but it comes back to the former
pace again, thus it is better to look at it in 4/4 and not the triplet way
I mentioned, which would be easier in terms of the rhythm, but more difficult
if you aren't too confident with coming back into the right rhythm.

on the end, after the second/outro guitar solo, it's just some rolls on the crashs 
and hitting the bass drum constantly
