Very nice. However, there are some definite corrections, though they are minor..all minor chords, actually. :) Sorry for the pun. For the line "With a vision of the channel coast," the Em should be an F#m. And, for the section "I remember how it took you down," both Em chords should be Bm. This goes for the next section that is similar as well. Other than that, it seems to sound spot on. Keep it up.

The bass pattern at the end is pretty dope to play awith the simple chords. It goes like this: E0--E2--E3--A2--A0--E0--A0--E3-E2 (loop it) E = The more Bassy e string (i forgot whether it's called low or high lol) A = The next Bassy string. Basically these EA strings are the first two strings when you read the strings as EADGBE.
