this song has the best guitar bagpipe pieces ever and it song very 
cool the first thing you need is a Digitech whammy pedal. now get loads 
of feedback and put the Whammy onto one of the harmony settings then start 
changing the settings. Sometimes the sound changes in a by pushing the treadle 
back and forth like at 00:08. 
I hope you can understand that i'll write out exactly which settings to switch to
at another time but i don't have the time now
