Now this song is actually layer upon layer of different sounds, and very eighties sounding it is; however, strip it down and you see that it’s actually just based around basic open chords. It’s amazing what people can come up with from the same chords people use every day!

This actually excluding the riff is just G and then E minor. Once you know the rhythm, it’s fairly easy.
