 This is the intro not sure about the harmonics in the beginning,but
 I think it is the thickest string 3rd fret.
 Use a heavey distortion sound. Like a heavey crunch sound.   
 This is a great song to play and I love it !

 I'm not sure what he does here there are 2 ways (I think)
 it sounds like a violin but he could be doin the same as the bass.
 I've worked out the bass one but I'm not sure of the other part.
 If he does it this way then listen to it to get it right.
