Jon plays during "Shoot me, shoot me..." then Shawn comes in with
the G on "I'm going out of style"

Then they both play some riff that I haven't figured out yet. 
Keep repeating this stuff when necessary. During the solo play the
intro bit, then when Shawn plays/sings "Shoot me" clean, play:
